MyBuyTeam is an online marketplace that provides a means for Pharmaceutical and Biotech companies from around the globe to hire Procurement Experts for short or medium-term projects. Individuals or businesses in need of qualified Experts for short or medium-term projects can post those projects and allow MyBuyTeam Procurement Experts to submit bids for successful collaboration on those projects.
As a client, create your profile and start posting your Procurement projects. Your projects are being matched with Procurement Experts with the skills and experience you are requesting but you can also browse MyBuyTeam Expert repository and invite potential candidates to bid on your project. Once you agreed on a price, start collaborating with your Procurement Expert through your project workspace and project manage the deliverables until completion. Once you are entirely satisfied with the service, release the payment to your Procurement Expert and share your feedback on the platform.
As a Procurement Expert, create your profile and start looking for Procurement projects. Your skills and capabilities are being matched with Procurement projects that require your experience. Bid on projects and negotiate your fees directly with your potential clients. Once you agreed on a price, start collaborating with your clients through the project workspace and focus on the deliverables. Once you have fulfilled your obligations, request the release of your payment and share your experience on the platform.
MyBuyTeam agents are regularly screening all Procurement Experts that are present on the platform. We recommend that you take time to study the resume and feedback of potential candidates. MyBuyTeam agents are also available through “Contact Us” to help you find the best Procurement Expert that matches the requirements of your project.
Once you agreed on a price with a client, MyBuyTeam will require the client to pay for the project and the money will be held into MyBuyTeam escrow account until the services purchased are fully rendered. MyBuyTeam will release the payment to you after approval from the client.
While we cannot guarantee 100% user satisfaction, MyBuyTeam will strive to ensure that all parties are happy with their experience and find great value from using our platform. During the project creation or a bidding process, you will have the option to invite your favorite Procurement Experts and/or invite an external colleague to join the MyBuyTeam platform to bid on a project.
Joining the platform is free.
The fee of MyBuyTeam is 20% of the amount transacted between the Client and Procurement Expert. For example. If a client agreed to pay $1000 + tax for a Procurement Service, then the Procurement Expert will receive $800 net.

The clients’ responsibilities are to provide clear initial business requirements, to be available to answer any Procurement Experts questions and share regular feedback as projects are progressing.
The Procurement Experts’ responsibilities are to ask questions whenever a subject is unclear, keep all information strictly confidential, always keep the channels of communication open, strive to achieve optimal results in the agreed timelines and provide regular feedback to clients as projects are progressing.
MyBuyTeam responsibility is to ensure ultimate user satisfaction per Terms and Conditions and leverage regular feedback from clients and Procurement Experts for continuous improvement.
